The Demo Flow

~10-15 min, joiner-mover-leaver + governance.

  1. Dashboard — “Cascade Bank, ~77 connected apps.” Point at the KPIs and per-app health / success rates / sparklines. One control plane over provisioning.
  2. Applications — scroll the catalog; open one app → its Accounts, Roles, and Skills (the provisioning actions Torch runs).
  3. People — the three tabs: Active, Upcoming (future hires), Offboarded (leavers). Open a person → their access across many apps.
  4. Joiner/leaver — Upcoming hire: “day one, Torch knows what they get.” Offboarded: “on exit, Torch revokes everywhere.”
  5. Governance — Access Review: reviewer approves/revokes real access. Then Access Request from the requester side.
  6. (Optional) Run a skill live (e.g. disable an account) → shows Torch acts, not just reports.
